USDA today sent a signal that they are going to start cutting rice acres didn't expect them to cut any today, I think much bigger cuts are to come. Market acted OK today was hoping for more, but i think patients will be rewarded. Remember dollar needs to continue to fall and grains rally to keep this thing going.
